What is the Transition Process?

A Total Vision partnership provides the support you need to establish and maintain a successful optometry practice. Our in-house team works closely with you and your staff throughout the transition to becoming a member of the Total Vision family.

If you are struggling with the overwhelming number of administrative tasks at your practice and looking for a solution to allow you to practice optometry rather than business administration, we offer a solution that covers all the bases. At Total Vision, establishing a partnership moves through several phases:

Step One: Exchange of Information

The first step in becoming a member is to review your financial information. We will work closely with you to understand your unique situation.

Step Two: Create a Partnership

A partnership is created between your practice and Total Vision. Your employees and doctors will become employees of Total Vision with all HR administrative tasks handled by our team.

Step Three: The Transition

Most Optometrists aren’t trained in the administrative tasks it takes to keep a practice running smoothly. That’s a different area of focus—and that’s where Total Vision’s support team comes in. Our team members provide a support structure to manage everything on the business end from billing and staffing to IT support and marketing. The result is top-notch patient care. Step Four: Finalization of Partnership with Total Vision

At the three month mark, our partnership is finalized. You will now be able to practice optometry in a stress-free environment, fully supported by the Total Vision team, and ready to focus on what you do best.
